RMBI Mentorship Programs consist of Peer Mentorship, Alumni Mentorship and Corporate Mentorship. Mentors can be a valuable source of advice and an insightful guide to the university life and business world. They can also be a potential contact for the future and a personal friend. This is a great chance to establish one-on-one links with peers, alumni and industry executives.
The Corporate Mentorship Program invites directors, CEOs and senior managers of well-established organizations in areas of Banking, Finance and Investment, Accounting and Auditing, Insurance, Logistics Management, Information Technology, Public Authorities, Healthcare, etc., to serve as mentors to RMBI students. The program helps students to bridge the gap between academic theory and business practice through discussions, guidance and insights into problem solving, innovative thinking, management and leadership issues. It can also establish an invaluable bond which brings long-term knowledge-sharing and friendship between mentors and mentees.
The Alumni Mentorship Program aims to enable alumni to share their professional, personal experience and expertise with current RMBI students and leave a lasting impact on RMBI community. Our alumni provide students with academic guidance as well as career and personal development advice for the academic year. Their insights on managing change and overcoming difficulty can have a deep and profound impact.
Apart from inviting industrial professionals and alumni, the Peer Mentorship Program serves to provide non-academic support and advice to all new students. Our peer mentors are the RMBI senior students who volunteer their time to help RMBI new students. We hope to build strong bonding between the senior and junior RMBI students, and establish a close-tied, ever-growing RMBI community.
