In order to create a broad forum for exchange of views and allow as many young adults as possible to participate, the registration for the Symposium is free-of-charge. Steps for on-line registration are as follows.

1. You are welcome to register here.
    

2. Upon form submission, a message with your input will show. You may close the pop-up window if the displayed information is correct, otherwise, please go to Step 1 and input your information again.
    

3. A confirmation letter will be sent to you later through email upon successful registration.
   (Registration is accepted on a first-come, first-served basis, subject to availability.)
